We are looking for Restaurant servers (full-time and part-time) to join the team at our busy Carreg Restaurant at The Cliff Hotel & Spa.
Working as part of our Food & Beverage team, shift patterns will vary and will include day, evening and weekend shifts. The restaurant is open throughout the day, every day of the week.
Shifts are usually in the region of 6-8 hours and the number of shifts will vary from one week to another (maximum of 5), subject to business demands.
Experience of working in a restaurant would be of advantage to applicants although not essential as full training will be given. Good knowledge of food and wine would also be advantageous. The person appointed will need to work well as part of a team, be flexible, reliable and conscientious. A friendly and polite manner is essential as the provision of excellent guest service is important
Having your own transport, or the ability to access lifts, would also be advantageous.
The hourly salary for this post is as per the National Minimum and National Living Wage rates.

The Cliff Hotel & Spa is looking for a Pastry Chef to join the culinary team serving freshly prepared, locally sourced food for large functions and weddings, private dining and restaurant meals. We are a busy kitchen, serving meals throughout the day, seven days a week.
As well as serving high quality desserts, our afternoon teas are highly popular with individual guests as well as larger groups. Duties include the preparation and service of food, ensuring stock levels are maintained as required, compliance with all food safety & health and safety procedures and policies. Competency in high volume, fresh food, multi outlet establishments with 4* hotel experience is desirable.
The weekly hours are in the region of 50 over 5 days, with shift times and durations varying subject to business demands.
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef is desirable.
