The Cliff Hotel and Spa
A quiet retreat from the rush of modern life
The Cliff Hotel Spa’s unique thermal suite has a range of heating and cooling experiences designed to cleanse and soothe the body including:
Steam Room – a relaxing steam bath to invigorate and relax
Sauna – a hot room that helps draw out impurities within the skin whilst you relax on the wooden benches
Feature Showers – all over body water massages using jets of hot and cold water
Hydo Spa – 6 meter hexagon salted relaxation pool, with an array of fountains and water jets you can either exercise by swimming against the swim jet or lounge around under the pillar and whale tail fountains.
Jacuzzi – bubbling and swirling whirlpool for further relaxation.
Heated Loungers - Four heated therapy couches located around the hydro spa to unwind and relax.
Rasul – A private mud steam room. The perfect treat for 1-4 people, the Rasul is a traditional Arabian cleansing ritual that uses mud, steam and monsoon rain to wash away and draw out toxins. Here at the Cliff Spa we use Thalgo Micronised Marine Algae which is applied, by yourself, over your body & face in the twinkle lit chamber. Immerse you body in the richness of marine algae, and let it infuse its wealth of minerals, vitamins and micro-nutrients to your skin for intensive remineralisation and detoxification.
And finally, to compliment our full range of spa facilities, our gymnasium offers a range of state of the art equipment that’ll let you try anything from an easy jog to something more strenuous. We have a number of exercise stations including both cardiovascular machines (running machines exercise bikes, cross trainer, etc) and resistance machines (weights machines).
